HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Posey County Sheriff Tom Latham has released a statement clarifying that alcohol did not play a factor in a crash that resulted in the death of a 19-year-old from Cynthiana.
According to a release, early reports from the scene raised suspicions that alcohol played a factor in the crash that killed Parker Payne. However, a toxicology report has determined that Payne did not have alcohol or any intoxicants in his system that would have caused impairment.
