EVANSVILLE — Rick Moore takes umbrage with any “en masse” categorization of evictions filed against Evansville Housing Authority residents in the final months of 2025.
Moore, CEO of Advantix Development Corp. and EHA, said when people don’t pay rent, they get evicted.
