Princeton apartment complex expansion brings 110 new units with READI 2.0 funding

PRINCETON, Ind. (WFIE) – The District apartments celebrated the completion of its second phase Monday, adding 110 units to bring the complex to 254 total apartments.

The expansion represents a 110-unit increase since the first phase of development two years ago. Officials said the project will help house Toyota employees and grow Princeton’s population.

“We started with our first phase of units, and now we have completed our second phase which has left us with so many more units to rent and we are happy to see so many more faces come into our office and get those apartments rented,” said Jenna Lueken, property manager at The District Apartments.
