HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A recent string of unsavory drop-offs is causing frustration and health concerns for Henderson County Solid Waste and Recycling Center. The center says there have been multiple instances of people bringing in used toilet paper.
Concerns were also raised over two cans of nitrous oxide that showed up in recent weeks outside of annual hazardous waste collection drives. But Eric Higgs says the toilet paper incidents have taken him by surprise.
“The most recent would be the dumping of used toilet paper in the drive-thru of our other building up there,” says Higgs. “I think we all know what I would mean when I say ‘used’.”…
