43 animals rescued from ‘toxic’ living conditions; Evansville duo face 100+ charges

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A man and woman in Evansville have already bonded out jail after their arrest on 106 total animal neglect charges.

Joshua, 32, and Alee Nelson, 27, were taken into custody by the Evansville Police Department on Tuesday. Online court records show they’re due in court for status hearings on Feb. 11.
