Man arrested after SUV crashes into Evansville home

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A man is in jail, and a woman is in the hospital after a SUV crashed into an Evansville home on Saturday.

Officials with the Evansville Police Department say officers were called to a home on Pollack Avenue after a caller told dispatch a vehicle had crashed into a home. Upon arrival, officers found a woman with serious injuries to her head being assisted by a neighbor, and a man sitting up against the vehicles bumper. The man was identified as Jarrell Madison.

Police say based on evidence at the scene, the vehicle was travelling north bound on Pollack Ave when the vehicle went left of center, striking a tree causing the vehicle to flip into the residence. That same evidence reveled Jarrell Madison was the driver, and the woman was his passenger…
