EVANSVILLE — An internal investigation determined the Evansville Police Department officer who shot and killed Everett Nunn after responding to a Nov. 22 domestic dispute did not violate department policy, officials said Tuesday.
The investigative case file is now in the hands of the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office, which is tasked with determining whether Nunn’s killing should result in criminal charges.
