EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A 36-year-old Evansville man is now in jail on arson charges, thanks to help from a fire agency K9 and investigators.
Joshua E. Vailes was arrested Thursday morning in connection to a December house fire on N. Evans Avenue.
