BOONVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Despite weather being below freezing, several teams have gathered at scales lake for the annual Special Olympics Polar Plunge.
Officials from Special Olympics Indiana say the Polar Plunge is a bucket list fundraising giving people the chance to challenge themselves and get cold for a great cause. The event raised over $44,490 in donations.
