Evansville woman arrested after allegedly driving wrong way on U.S. 41

PRINCETON, Ind. (WEVV) — An Evansville woman faces criminal charges after deputies stopped her for allegedly driving against traffic on U.S. 41 late Sunday night.

At approximately 10:38 p.m. on Feb. 8, Gibson County Central Dispatch received reports of a wrong-way driver traveling near County Road 100 West. Deputy Levi Sims, who was in the immediate area, located a black 2020 Ford Escape still traveling against oncoming northbound traffic.
