Renters in Evansville saw apartment listing prices decrease 5% from last year’s median of $1,055, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows.
The typical apartment listed for rent at $999 in January. Median listing prices in Evansville are trending 6% upwards from last month’s $945 price.
The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper.
