EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Last month, House Bill 1250 passed unanimously in the Indiana House, and now, that bill has also passed in the Senate.
State Representative Tim O’Brien authored the bill after the murder of Evansville realtor Susan Haynie.
