EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -Much cooler for the second half of the weekend with rain and some rain/snow mix possible Sunday night into Monday morning. An active weather patter emerge through next week with nearly daily chances for showers and even thunderstorms, especially by the end of the work week.
Sunday will be mostly cloudy with highs reaching the upper 40s to lower 50s. Another round of precipitation will move in Sunday night into Monday morning. Expect mostly rain with a few flakes possible. The best chance for rain to mix or change to snow will be along and north of I-64. While roads will likely be to warm for any accumulation some grassy or elevated surface get a slushy coating. Overnight lows will drop into the low to mid 30s.
