Indiana youth minister sentenced to nine years in federal prison for child exploitation

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A Corydon, Indiana, man was sentenced to nine years in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release after pleading guilty to nine counts of possessing sexually explicit material involving minors.

Aaron Paul Lockman, 24, was also ordered by U.S. District Court Judge Matthew P. Brookman to pay $9,000 in restitution.

The investigation into Lockman began in March 2024 following the arrest of Matthew D. Constant, the former superintendent of Owensboro Public Schools in Kentucky.
