The Ohio River at Newburgh, located in northeastern Henderson County, is forecast to rise above its banks to a level of 38 feet at the Newburgh Lock. This may cause minor flooding on the Henderson side of the river, especially in the Reed areas east of the Green River. Residents are advised to use caution over the next several days.
