HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- An Evansville woman is arrested during a call after police say she allegedly assaulted the director of Evansville Animal Care and Control, Missy Mosby.
Woman who spurred standoff in Dubois County facing new charges
Police say Alicia Rouse shoved Mosby multiple times and hit her with a door while officers were trying to remove animals from a home in the 600 block of Ravenswood Drive. Authorities say six animals were taken from the home, including 3 malnourished puppies, and found animal waste and cockroaches throughout the home.
Rouse faces charges of battery and animal neglect and has since been released from the Vanderburgh County Jail…
