An Evansville police officer conducting speed enforcement on West Lloyd Expressway observed two cars approaching from behind at “extremely high rates of speed” around 10:31 p.m.. Radar clocked both vehicles traveling at 108 mph.

The vehicles reportedly drove around a slower car in the center lane and continued at high speeds over the Pigeon Creek overpass, where the limit drops to 40 mph.
