HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Lucas Winstead of Evansville is behind bars and charged with voyeurism and child exploitation.
An affidavit says Winstead was arrested on Monday after admitting to police they had attempted to take an inapropriate video of a juvenile. The Juvenile told police they noticed a camera in the bathroom while taking a shower.
