Evansville hospital adds 2 ambulances to cut patient wait times

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — The Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Foundation announced a six-figure investment in two new Basic Life Support ambulances for the Ascension St. Vincent Evansville EMS Team. The expansion addresses growing demand for specialized medical transport across the Tri-State area.

For local patients, the new ambulances mean reduced wait times for inter-facility transfers. The state-of-the-art vehicles will ensure the highest level of care is available throughout the region.
