ST. PAULS — Local entrepreneur and chef Jermale “Jay” Fulton has been selected to participate in the 2026 Favorite Chef competition.
Fulton, born and raised in the American South, has been cooking with his family since he was a small child. From the age of six onward, his grandmother, aunts and uncles all joined him in the kitchen, teaching him the joys of food and techniques for making his meals stand out.
