Capt. Porter has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism and a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of the College community. Over the past several years, she has capably performed many of the responsibilities associated with the assistant director role, earning this promotion through her steadfast work ethic, dedication to excellence and unwavering service.
Since joining FTCC in 2018 as a security officer, Capt. Porter has advanced rapidly through the ranks. Within a year, she was promoted to lieutenant, and she later earned the role of senior lieutenant, where she served as the College’s lead Title IX investigator. In that capacity, she has been widely recognized for her professionalism, integrity, and ability to conduct thorough and compassionate investigations.
