Several Fayetteville residents said they paid a local blind company for window treatments but were left waiting months, and in some cases, years, for the work to be completed.
Bernice Lipscomb said she paid more than $5,400 in February 2024 to the owner of Blinds Plus in Fayetteville for Swag window treatments, but Lipscomb said the window treatments were never installed.
