BLADEN COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Deputies in Bladen and Cumberland counties have arrested a Florida fugitive accused of sexually assaulting a child under 12.
According to the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), detectives from Okeechobee, Florida, requested help in locating Phillip Michael Walls on Sept. 23 in connection with a sexual assault case.
BCSO said Walls had known ties to Bladen and Cumberland counties…
