FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — One person is dead along Cedar Creek Road in Fayetteville Friday night, according to police.
In a news release, police said officers responded to the 2100 block of Cedar Creek Road about a shots-fired call. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound.
