Fayetteville red-light cameras could be back by 2027

Red-light cameras may soon return to Fayetteville, as city officials enter contract negotiations to relaunch a program aimed at reducing crashes at some of the city’s busiest intersections.

The city previously issued more than 24,000 citations in the first 16 months of its original red-light camera program.
