BALD HEAD ISLAND, N.C. (WECT) – Officials on Bald Head Island have concluded the active search for a missing Harnett County man who disappeared last month.
40-year-old Nathaniel Bane was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Bald Head Island Marina, according to the Bald Head Island Department of Public Safety.
On Sept. 25, investigators announced they believed he had left the island, but searches would continue.
As of Oct. 2, active searches for Bane are no longer ongoing after several days of multi-agency efforts have yielded no sign of him…
