RAEFORD, N.C. (WNCN) – A man whose car was stolen ended up in jail himself after he claimed marijuana found in the car later was his, Hoke County deputies say. The incident happened on January 19 when a car was stolen in Raeford, according to a Friday news release from the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.
