5 displaced after Fayetteville fire starts in kitchen, officials say

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Five people are displaced after a fire started in an apartment complex kitchen in Fayetteville, according to officials. On Sunday shortly after 1 p.m., units from the Fayetteville and Stoney Point Fire Departments were dispatched to the 7800 block of Loxley Drive regarding a structure fire.
