Dunn Police Department is investigating a shooting which turned deadly on Sunday afternoon. Patrol officers and paramedics with Dunn Emergency Services were dispatched to the 700 block of North Ellis Avenue at 2:01 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 28 in reference to a victim who had been “shot in the shoulder” according to monitored radio traffic and a statement released by the police department.
