A Fayetteville facility that specializes in manufacturing gelatin ingredient products will be permanently closing its doors and laying off 68 employees. Nitta Gelatin Inc., headquartered in Morrisville, NC, alerted the NC Department of Commerce through a WARN report filed on Jan. 26 that its facility located at 4341 Production Drive in Fayetteville will be permanently closing on March 24, 2024.
