FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A Fayetteville man was arrested for creating fake leases for a property, according to police. Last month, the Fayetteville Police Department’s Property/Fraud Unit received several reports of a man using Facebook to solicit individuals for a lease on a property on Shads Ford Boulevard.
