We have three impressive students for you to vote on for the Feb. 5-9 Fayetteville Observer Student of the Week.
Each week, local high schools nominate students for their outstanding academic and school achievements and community service. Readers will be able to cast their votes for The Fayetteville Observer Student of the Week between 5 a.m. Monday and noon Thursday every week during the traditional school year. We’ll announce each week’s winner at 5 a.m. Friday.

Sadie Fawcett, junior, Massey Hill Classical High School
Sadie Fawcett is a beautiful respectful young lady who deserves to be recognized for all the things she is accomplishing in high school. Sadie is involved in various activities outside of the school. She is captain of the Swim Team, she volunteers to tutor under classmates in math on her own time. Sadie stays active in various community events. She is military and she does not like moving around a lot but she seems to adapt very easily to meeting friends and staying involved. She is a pleasure to have in class and she is a great role model to her peers.
