The Fayetteville Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit, along with the Southeast Regional Violent Crime Task Force, have arrested a male suspect following a drug investigation. The operation took place on January 23, 2024, at a residence suspected of drug sale and distribution. Several units, including the Gang Unit, the Emergency Response Team, and the Hope Mills Police Department, participated in the operation.
A search warrant was executed at a residence on Ashboro Street in Fayetteville, NC. The search led to the seizure of a large quantity of drugs, firearms, and cash. The drugs included Marijuana, MDMA tablets, mushrooms, oxycodone tablets, THC wax, edibles, adderall tablets, loose wax, and THC vape cartridges.
Rameal Martell Tillery, 24, was arrested and charged with several offenses following the investigation. The charges include manufacturing and possession with intent to sell Marijuana, trafficking Opium or Heroin and MDMA, possession with intent to manufacture and distribute Schedule I and II controlled substances, felony conspiracy, and maintaining a place for controlled substances.
