A tip from Crime Stoppers has initiated a drug investigation in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This led to the arrest of two people. The Fayetteville Police Department’s Narcotics Vice Suppression Unit, U.S. Marshals Service, and Hope Mills Police Department executed a search warrant on February 1, 2024. They seized drugs, firearms, and other items.
The confiscated items included various drugs such as Percocet, Clonazepam, Oxycodone, Amphetamine, Alprazolam, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Marijuana. They also seized six firearms, three of which were stolen, two laptops, and $2,342.
The arrested individuals are Elias Rosa, 23, and Holly Armistead, 34. They face charges including opioid trafficking, possession of stolen firearms, maintaining a drug house, and intent to sell cocaine and methamphetamine. Rosa, a convicted felon, also faces a charge for firearm possession and a felony probation violation.
