Construction is underway at an outparcel of Montibello Shopping Center on Cliffdale Road in Fayetteville, next to the Hardee’s that opened earlier this month.
What are they building?
A new Circle K.
Plans submitted to the city in May 2021 show a 5,200-square-foot convenience store with gas pumps at the corner of Cliffdale and Rim roads.
The 1.4-acre property is in front of the shopping center anchored by a Food Lion and across the street from Dollar General.
