Campbell Law School in Raleigh Invites Local Residents to Diversity Day Event on Feb. 17

Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina, plans to host a Diversity Day on February 17. The Assistant Dean of Admissions, Miguel Hernandez, announced the event. It aims to give underrepresented students a chance to meet a diverse group of law professionals, alumni, and students. They will also learn about law school financing.

The event will include discussions with Campbell Law alumni, current law students from six schools, and admissions representatives from all seven North Carolina law schools. An information session by AccessLex on law school financing is also planned. Alumni participants include Rep. Terry Brown Jr. ‘15, Evin L. Grant ‘16, Ayeshinaye Smith ‘19, Amaka Madu ‘17, and Trynity Ojeda ‘23. Representatives from Elon University, North Carolina Central University, Duke University, University of North Carolina, High Point University, and Wake Forest University will be present.

Morgan Cutright, AccessLex Legal Education Advocate and former assistant dean of admissions at Campbell Law, will discuss financing options for law school. Cutright is passionate about making law school accessible and diversifying the legal profession.
