DUNN, N.C. (WNCN) – The mother of a Dunn toddler who died earlier this week is now charged with child abuse, according to documents from Harnett District Court. Dunn police said the 3-year-old boy died from a serious brain injury after he was found unresponsive Monday on the 400 block of Ponderosa Drive.
