Police have charged a Dunn man with felony child abuse inflicting serious damage following the death of a three-year-old lad from a severe brain injury. The Dunn Police Department was summoned to 400 Ponderosa Drive on Monday morning to help Dunn Emergency Services with an unconscious three-year-old child. Officers came and promptly started an inquiry by calling the Criminal Investigations Division.
