FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A Fayetteville man is facing charges in connection with the theft of copper wires from a telephone box. 44-year-old Justin Richard Becker is charged with larceny of nonferrous metal, possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen goods, and injury to personal property, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).
