Crews pay attention to flash flooding in Cumberland County

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Continuous rainfall left parts of Cumberland County dealing with wet conditions and flash flooding on Monday. It came as the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning to drivers to avoid unnecessary travel, with forecasts predicting up to five inches of rain in parts of central North Carolina and western Cumberland County.
