FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons is asking the public for helping finding an elderly man who may have gone missing in Fayetteville. The NC Center for Missing Persons issued a Missing Endangered Alert for Arthur Haas, 69 of Fayetteville, who is suffering from a cognitive impairment. He has blue eyes and wore his gray hair in a ponytail, according to the alert.
