A man was arrested and charged less than 24 hours after a sports bar killing early Friday morning in Fayetteville, the Fayetteville Police said.
Nicholas Galberth, 32, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Garrett Stroman, 34.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, at 1:41 a.m. Friday, officers responded to reports of a shooting at Big Apple Restaurant & Sports Pub on Yadkin Road.

Stroman was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The release said that the incident allegedly began as an argument and escalated after Galberth showed Stroman his gun and shot him. The two knew each other before the fatal shooting, according to police.
Galberth was arrested Friday afternoon and is being held in the Cumberland County jail without bail, according to the release.
