Renovations have been completed on Fayetteville’s historic Taylor-Utley House in order to make it the new home for two businesses, owned by a Fayetteville couple. Casey and Carl Benander of Haymount Homes LLC purchased and renovated the historic Haymount home at 916 Hay St., creating a showroom from which to sell handcrafted candles. A separate building on the property is to become a physical therapy studio.
