The Aberdeen Police Department issued a press release announcing the arrests of Isia Fraser, 20, of Southern Pines, and Simeon Peterkin, 20, of Pinehurst. The press release said officers received a report on Oct. 14 of a credit card stolen from Southern Pines and used at Walmart and other businesses within Southern Pines.
