Missing endangered alert issued for Fayetteville woman

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) β€” An alert was issued Tuesday night for a missing Fayetteville woman.

Heather Marie Williams, 25, was last seen at 1509 Berkshire Road in Fayetteville, according to a missing, endangered alert from the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.

Williams was last seen getting into a grey sedan with an unknown person, the alert said.

The alert said Williams β€œis believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.”

When she vanished, Williams was wearing a dark shirt and grey sweatpants, officials said.

She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds has brown medium to long curly hair, and green eyes, according to the alert.

The area where Williams was last seen is a neighborhood near Owen Drive and Village Drive, a couple of blocks east of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Officials did not say when Williams was last seen.

Officials said anyone with information about Williams should contact Officer H Vernon at the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 758-6700.
