CHAPEL HILL — Three Fairmont golfers and one from Red Springs competed in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association 2A Mideast Regional on Tuesday at The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club in Chapel Hill.
Fairmont’s Gavin Mayers and Jason Cox and Red Springs’ Shane Jones each shot a 22-over-par 94 to finish in a tie for 31st.
