BENSON — More than 40 years after first serving as Benson’s top administrator, Steven Harrell has returned to Town Hall — this time as interim manager.
Harrell, who led Benson from 1982 to 1984, stepped back into the role on June 30, replacing Kim Pickett, who has left to become assistant town manager in Smithfield.
