2 more arrested, 1 still wanted in connection with deadly Robeson County shooting

SHANNON, N.C. (WBTW) — Robeson County authorities have arrested two more suspects and are looking for another person in connection with a shooting last month in Shannon that left a 37-year-old man dead.

A 16-year-old was arrested at about 9:15 a.m. Friday and Kevin Hall, 18, of Shannon, was taken into custody at about 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sheriff Burnis Wilkins’ office said in a news release. Investigators are still looking for Ann Marie Locklear, 28, of Maxton.

They are accused of killing Jacob Roy Williamson of Shannon, who was found dead on June 26 by deputies, who responded at about 11:10 p.m. to the 300 block of Lyndsey Lane in Shannon after getting a report that someone had been shot…
