This digital platform offers residents a flexible, user-friendly way to pay property tax bills online. Cumberland County also offers an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for residents to make payments by phone and offers services in both English and Spanish.
The MyCCNCPay platform was initially launched on April 15, 2024, offering customers the ability to manage bills and real-time payment processing. Visit myccncpay.cumberlandcountync.gov or download the mobile app by searching for “MyCCNCPay” in the Apple store or Google Play app store.
MyCCNCPay allows residents to pay online as a guest or create a personalized profile that securely stores properties, payment history, and payment methods.
