A Lillington man has been arrested in connection with a reported break-in and vehicle theft in the Cameron area, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Ronnie Fields said deputies responded on Aug. 3 to a report of a breaking and entering at a residential outbuilding where various items, including a motor vehicle, were allegedly stolen.
The department said that on Aug. 9, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol located 27-year-old Kevin Wood in Lee County in possession of the stolen vehicle.
